Breast Augmentation in New Jersey

Saline (salt-water) implants are placed underneath the breast and chest muscle to create a completely natural, fuller breast. "Cleavage" becomes more apparent in clothes and bathing suit. The procedure is performed in the comfort of our private surgical suite and recovery takes about 10 days or less.

Incisions:

• TUBA (trans umbilical breast augmentation) - a hidden incision in the belly button is used to place the implants so no scar is seen around the breast itself. This is a wonderful way to enhance the breasts with minimal evidence that a surgery was even performed.

• Standard incision - this is placed in the natural crease under the breast and is about one to one and a half inches long. This approach is easy and the incision usually heals to the point where it is almost invisible.

• Areolar incision - an incision is made around part of the areola and nipple. After healing occurs the incision blends in well and is very difficult to see.
